* A dynamic sender ID, means your message can be sent from a number or name of your choosing, as long as it is representative of your brand, product or service. Maximum 11 character limit applies.
^Credits do not expire, as long as the account remains active and is not dormant for longer than 12-months. Also if account is terminated any unused account credits are forfeited.
**Free replies, require a rented reply number that can be the sender ID or present in the content of your message.
Long message details
Long messages of up to 918 characters are charged as follows:
Up to 160 characters = 1 credit
Up to 306 characters = 2 credits
Up to 459 characters = 3 credits
Up to 612 characters = 4 credits
Up to 765 characters = 5 credits
Up to 918 characters = 6 credits
Each credit represents 1 x standard length text message of up to 160 characters. Unicode characters are allowed and if present, will be charged as follows: 0-70 = 1 credit, 71-134 = 2 credits, 135-201 = 3 credits, 202-268 = 4 credits.
Certain signs and symbols, including line-breaks will count as 2 characters each. Using then can increase the cost of sending text messages, for example:

Price details
All costs are for Direct route UK terminating SMSs. VAT is charged at 20%.
All pricing is ex VAT per credit, the unit rate cost relates to the associated volume being purchased at the same time.
